Pastor Ron Merritt
Pastor Ron is known for his tender heart toward broken and hurting people and families. Many of his teachings and efforts are centered on strengthening relationships. He is the regional leader of Harvest Network International, an international ministerial association with members, churches, and ministries in almost 30 countries around the world. Pastor Ron became pastor of Church of the Good Shepherd in 1988. Pastor Ron and Mary have two children and three grandchildren.

Pastor Jeremy Robinson
Pastor Jeremy and his wife Elisha oversee the youth group here at Church of the Good Shepherd. Previous to becoming youth pastor, Jeremy volunteered with the youth group for six years and was assistant youth pastor for a short time. Pastor Jeremy also manages maintenance of the church building, and he assists Pastor Ron in many areas. Pastor Jeremy and Elisha have two children.

Pastor Steve Davis
Pastor Steve and his wife, Mary, joined the pastoral team at Church of the Good Shepherd in October 2010. As Family Life Pastor, he focuses on intergenerational ministries, pastoral care, counseling, and leadership development. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Bowling Green Pregnancy Center and WLMB Christian TV-40 in Toledo. He is also an on-call chaplain to Wood County Hospital. Pastor Steve obtained his Masters of Arts in Theological Studies from Bethel Theological Seminary. Pastor Steve and Mary have two children and two grandchildren.
